My Red Wine Balsamic Vinaigrette uses both red wine and balsamic vinegars.
And, two different mustards.
This dressing makes an excellent marinade for chicken.
And, also provides a secret bit of oomph to my appetizers.
In fact, I use it as the secret ingredient in my Chunky Mediterranean Salsa.
