My Cajun Snack Mix is the perfect salty snack.  It’s addictive too.


  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 cups sesame sticks
  • 2 cups Gardettos Special Request Garlic Rye Chips
  • 2 cups Fritos Chili Cheese Corn Chips
  • 2 cups Cheese It’s
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Tones Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoons course ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • dash of hot sauce (optional)


  1. Pre-heat oven to 300  degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Add all the snack to one large bowl.
  3. Add spices to melted butter.
  4. Pour over the snacks.
  5. Stir to mix well.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Pour half the mix on one baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  9. Repeat with the second batch.
  10. Allow the mix to cool completely before transferring to an air tight container.


  • Do NOT use a Cajun seasoning with salt listed as the first ingredient.
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
