J Dub’s Brisket Jam is the secret sauce you need to add to your next cheeseburger.


  • 1 pound cooked brisket, chopped
  • 3 slices cooked pepper bacon, chopped
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoon granulated garlic


  1. Melt butter and sauté onions until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
  2. Add in chopped brisket, bacon, vinegar, and all the spices.
  3. Heat on medium high heat and then turn to low heat.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Spoon over hamburger or on top of brisket tacos for an added WOW!
  6. Enjoy


  • If you have the grease leftover from making my peppered bacon, you can add that to the butter to caramelize the onion.
