My brisket jam is the secret sauce on hamburgers and tacos.
You will never want to eat another hamburger without this “secret sauce”!
You just need some cooked brisket, my peppered bacon, caramelized onion, and a few spices to make the magic happen.
If you are looking for a good oven brisket recipe, mine is outstanding.
David’s brisket on the grill is also really good, but he won’t give me permission to share it………..yet.
