Description
This homemade salad dressing is so easy and quick. It will be your go to dressing from here on out.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup light olive oil
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 T mayonaise
- 1 T Dijon Mustard
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 t salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 t pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- In a small glass bowl, mix olive oil and balsamic together with a whisk.
- Add in the mayonaise, dijon mustard, garlic, and salt and pepper.
- Whisk again.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
- Using a funnel, pour this dressing into a pretty bottle.
- This dressing keeps for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
