Chunky Meditterranean Salsa


Description

My Chunky Mediterranean Salsa will be your new favorite dip this holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces grilled Piquillo Peppers (drained)
  • 7.5 ounces marinated artichokes (drained)
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Red Wine Vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  2. Roughly chop, do not not puree.  You want to have chunks of vegetables.
  3. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  4. Serve with pita chips or toast points.
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: (4 hours chill time)
