My Chunky Mediterranean Salsa will be your new favorite dip this holiday season.
- 12 ounces grilled Piquillo Peppers (drained)
- 7.5 ounces marinated artichokes (drained)
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Roughly chop, do not not puree. You want to have chunks of vegetables.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with pita chips or toast points.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: (4 hours chill time)
